We are seriously looking towards purchasing a unit at Regency Heights for self-residential purpose with our budget around 350K – 390K. We prefer a unit at above 5th floor with city/pool view (hill view is still acceptable). Renovated/furnished/original units are welcome depending on the releasing price.
